Delete your data

You can remove Cutdown’s access to your social accounts yourself at any time, and ask us to delete your whole account. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

1. Disconnect YouTube or Instagram

Sign in to Cutdown and open Social accounts.
Click Disconnect next to the account. Its stored tokens are deleted right away.
Optional: also remove Cutdown from your Google account permissions or, in Instagram, Settings → Apps and websites.

2. Delete your whole account

Email support@cutdown.ai from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Cutdown account”.

We’ll confirm by email, then delete your account, profile, projects, clips, uploaded files, scheduled posts and connected-account data within 30 days. Posts already published to YouTube or Instagram stay on those platforms; delete them there if you want them gone.

3. Get a copy first

Want your data before it’s deleted? Say so in the same email and we’ll send you a copy. Questions: support@cutdown.ai.
