Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Keep your password safe; you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@cutdown.ai if you think someone else is using it.

You own the videos, audio and other material you bring to Cutdown, and the clips you make. You give us permission to store, process and transform that content only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy and publishing it to accounts you connect when you ask us to.

You must have the rights to everything you upload or publish. Don’t use Cutdownwith content you don’t own or have permission to use.

Don’t use Cutdown to:

• infringe copyright or anyone else’s rights;
• make or share illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content involving minors;
• impersonate people, mislead viewers with fake content of real people, or spam;
• break the rules of YouTube, Instagram or any platform you post to;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around usage limits.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Cutdown uses AI to pick clips, write titles and captions, and generate voices, images and video. AI output can be wrong or unexpected, and similar output may be produced for other users. Review everything before you publish; you’re responsible for what you post.

When you connect an account, you authorize us to publish to it and read its stats on your behalf. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service and Instagram Terms of Use. We’re not responsible for how those platforms handle, rank, limit or remove your posts, and a scheduled post can fail if a platform changes or rejects it.

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page before you buy. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal. Except where the law says otherwise, payments aren’t refundable.

Cutdown, its design, code and brand belong to Menohbeats LLC. We may change, add or remove features, and we’ll try to give notice of big changes. We aim to keep things running, but we don’t promise the service will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything important.

You can stop using Cutdown at any time and ask us to delete your account and data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.

Cutdown is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost views or lost data.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to cover us for claims that come from content you upload or publish, or from your breaking these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you’re a consumer, you keep any protections your local law gives you.

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and for important changes tell you in the app or by email. Using Cutdown after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: support@cutdown.ai.
